Introduction

At MiaTV, we are committed to delivering a reliable and efficient IPTV service, while being transparent about the technical nature of streaming services.

As stated in our Terms and Conditions:

"Although we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that all channels will function 100% of the time.
Channel lineups and VOD libraries may change without prior notice due to source availability and updates.Temporary buffering or interruptions may occur due to weak internet connections or bandwidth limitations imposed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
For optimal performance, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 15 Mbps.
MiaTV is not responsible for buffering or service issues caused by the user’s local network environment.
Service providers may perform scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, which can result in temporary interruptions without notice.
Occasional buffering, freezing, or non-functioning content may occur, as is common with any IPTV service."

Reporting a technical issue

Refunds related to technical malfunctions

If it is determined that the issue originates from our systems and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, we will provide a partial refund proportional to the period during which the service was unusable.

You will be charged only for the period in which the service functioned correctly, calculated based on the subscription plan and price paid at the time of purchase.
