If you are not satisfied with the service you purchased, you may request a full refund within 7 days from the activation date, without the need to provide any reason.
To withdraw from the service, suspend your subscription, and request a refund, simply contact us
You will receive a response to your request within 24–48 hours of us receiving your email.
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
After the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation containing the transaction reference number.
Please note that the time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment service provider.
Refund requests submitted after the first 7 days from the service activation date cannot be accepted.
An exception applies only in the case of significant technical malfunctions that prevent proper use of the service and are directly attributable to the provider.In such cases, the customer may be entitled to a partial or full refund in accordance with our Service Guarantee
