How do I subscribe?

What information is required to subscribe?

How long does it take to activate my subscription?

Is there an automatic renewal for the subscription?

The subscription ends upon expiry.

To extend it, you will need to take out a new subscription or contact us for an extension.

How many types of subscriptions are available?

All offers include the same number of channels, VODs, and series, with the same video quality.

We offer subscriptions for one month, three months, six months, and one year.

What payment methods are accepted?

Can I withdraw from the contract?

Within 7 days of activating your subscription, you may withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund of your payment.

Can I use one subscription on multiple devices?

It is not possible to connect multiple devices simultaneously to a single subscription.

However, you can configure multiple devices with the same credentials and use one at a time.

How does the “MultiVision” subscription work?

“MultiVision” subscriptions allow simultaneous viewing on multiple devices at the same time, even on different networks.

Each device receives its own login credentials.

How does the “MultiRoom” subscription work?

The operation is similar to “MultiVision”, but all devices must be connected to the same network.

Channels

What internet speed is required?

We recommend a minimum of 10 Mbps for HD content, 25+ Mbps for 4K content, and at least 5 Mbps for standard definition.

Which devices are supported?

Our service works on various devices, including Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, etc.),

Android TV boxes, iOS and Android devices, MAG devices, Amazon Fire TV, and PCs or Mac computers.

Where can I find the configuration data?

All the information you need to configure and access the system will be sent to you by email, or via WhatsApp, once you have subscribed.

I need to use a VPN?

Generally, you don’t need a VPN, but it depends on your ISP.
In some European countries (UK, France, Italy), IPTV connections may be blocked or restricted.

In such cases, we recommend using a VPN.

Are all channels available in the free trial?

During the 24-hour free trial, access is granted to most channels, but sports channels may be restricted.

Can I watch channels in multiple languages?
